I have over 20 years of experience as a professional engineer, program manager, and researcher in the transportation sector, where I led multimillion-dollar projects, contributed to technical publications, and served on and managed national committees. I hold a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, a Professional Engineer license, and a Master Certified Professional Coach certification, as well as a John Maxwell Leadership certification as a trainer, speaker, and executive coach. I am passionate about empowering engineers to improve their performance, productivity, and well-being, by transforming problems into opportunities.
