I lead the company’s vision and strategy, hire and develop top talent, drive financial performance, manage risk, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability as we pursue aggressive growth goals.Previously, I led Topstep, where I scaled the company’s revenue 5–6x in five years, maintaining strong double-digit EBITDA while bootstrapping the business without outside capital.
