Hey hey! I’m Jasmine – a tech founder, mental health ambassador, and big vision creator on a mission to help people thrive at work and in life. I’ve spent years creating tools that bring science-backed biohacking to the chaos of modern life. My journey started with a big question: what if tech could actually upgrade our mindset instead of overwhelm it? That curiosity sparked The Zensory – an award-winning platform blending neuroscience, mindfulness, and sensory immersion to boost wellbeing and productivity for all. Think immersive soundscapes, breathwork, tactile grounding tools, and workshops. We’ve impacted over 150,000 lives globally so far (and growing), I’m proud to be building tech for good with an incredible team of researchers, designers, and innovators who care deeply about people and planet. Beyond The Zensory, I co-founded Health Tech Hive a community of +800 female change-markers to spotlight women transforming the face of health tech, and I’ve previously worked across NHSx and the UK’s All-Party Parliamentary Group for Longevity, with a focus on digital health equity and women’s health research.
