Great startups succeed at two things: building and selling. I’m among a select few entrepreneurs to have done both at scale. I built data-driven products at Walmart, earning 4 patents; scaled revenue 16x as GM at OJO; and most recently at ERA, I guided 50+ startups on GTM: helping them win design partners, land enterprise customers, and build repeatable sales motions. My highest impact comes at the inflection point. I take companies from pre-PMF through Series C and turn early traction into repeatable, scalable growth. My experience spans: • GTM & Revenue Leadership: co-founded startups (raising millions and closing enterprise logos like Pepsi and Clorox). As Partner at ERA, acted as de-facto CRO for 50+ companies, designing outbound engines, securing design partners, building sales processes, and coaching founders through enterprise negotiations and procurement. • GM & P&L Ownership: scaled the mortgage business at OJO Labs from $100K→$1.6M MRR in 9 months and grew the real estate unit 3x from $25M→$75M ARR; previously led a $200M retail business at 30% YoY growth. • Product Leadership: built the knowledge graph at Walmart (40+ people) and earned 4 patents. • Strategy Foundation: former BCG consultant with experience in product entry, integration, and board-level communications.
