I bring order to chaos in teams that are scaling or transforming. In parallel, I focus on Business Development, Partnerships, and Launch Strategy. And I'm obsessed with improving the user experience. I’ve had far from a linear path - some of my former lives include working for Al Jazeera English from Berlin, the United Nations, Deloitte’s Innovation lab in NYC, a tech startup in Tunis and the German government’s urban development arm in Kathmandu. I have managed distributed, cross-functional, and cross-cultural teams in Europe, Asia Pacific, North America, and North Africa for the last 15 years. I am equally comfortable in a startup environment as I am facilitating C-Suite executives of Fortune 100 companies and UN agencies. I've been in Web3 since landing in New York in 2017, based on the belief that widespread adoption of blockchain technology could benefit women worldwide, especially the unbanked. I also see this technology as a path to preserving our privacy and the future of an open and free internet. These days I am active in shaping the present and future of Decentralized Autnomous Organizations (DAOs) and improving the privacy and security of Web3.
