UX Researcher | NN/g Certified | 3+ Years in Qualitative Research | Expanding Expertise in Problem Space Research & Thinking Styles | Domains of Special Interest – Education, Finance & Wellbeing

I’m a UX Researcher certified by NNG with 3 years of hands-on research experience across outsourcing, design agency, and product. Before that, I spent more than 5 years combining UX Research role with UX design and design leading. My first user testing happened on my very first UX project — and since then, research has been part of almost every project I’ve worked on. In most cases, I didn’t wait for permission to do research — I made it happen. Working in environments where research wasn’t a given, I learned how to advocate for it, explain its value to clients, and lead the process myself from planning to insights delivery. About 90% of the research I’ve done, I initiated and pitched on my own. I’ve also mentored designers in research and led many client-facing projects, often owning both the discovery and delivery sides. I’m currently expanding my expertise with certifications in Problem Space Research and Thinking Styles to strengthen my impact on product strategy hopefully in one of my favorite domains are — education, finance, and wellbeing.
