As the VP of Ecosystem Product at HubSpot, I lead the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative and customer-centric products that empower millions of businesses to grow better. With over 20 years of experience in product and engineering, I have a proven record of building and scaling high-performing product teams, delivering products with incredible velocity and reliability, and driving efficiency and productivity across product and engineering organizations. I am also a board advisor at Cleveland State University - Weston Ideation Lab, where I mentor and support aspiring entrepreneurs and innovators building the next generation of software businesses. I am passionate about technology that can change the world, and I have been fortunate to work with and learn from some of the most innovative companies in the industry, such as Microsoft, Google, Intuit, Meta, and PayPal.
