Currently working as a Support Analyst at Datitude; a tech solutions provider enabling businesses to connect, integrate and unify their data through its fully integrated, managed data platform and services. Responsible for running daily systems checks, reporting on alerts and providing first-line client support. Tech & Data Skills include Python, SQL, AWS Redshift, AWS Lambda, AWS Step functions and Tableau. Team orientated with excellent collaboration, service delivery and communication skills.
