Lead UX Designer & Strategist

I’m a UX design lead with 21 years experience but still have the eagerness to learn, expand my knowledge and evolve my craft. My most recent work was with Chegg Inc. as the UX design lead where I designed for the growth team. I built two iterations of the design system, led the design system team, created a scalable eco-system and process for the whole company. I also worked on enabling cross-product discovery and onboarding experiences. Leading this team of designers has taught me to encourage each other to be collaborative, transparent, exposing your work with stakeholders and encourage feedback from each other.
