I lead the design team for entitlements and the design/build team for large scale projects like high rise condos, hospitals, hotels and large masterplanned communities and residential developments. I have also been onsite, in the trailer, leading the construction process. I’ve been the Architect, the General Contractor and the developer. Having sat in all three seats allows me to build, and understand the motivations of, a team that can deliver on time and on budget. Architectural design, land planning and entitlements, all the way to construction completion, I have the experience to manage the process from start to finish. I have saved time in obtaining land entitlements, reduced costs in purchasing and expedited construction schedules, resulting in millions of dollars saved. Team building has been central to my success, with consultants, employees, and vendors. Building honest relationships with City, County, State and Federal Agencies has allowed me to reduce permitting time significantly.
