I am an investing partner at GV, focused on disruptive technologies in the consumer space. I am inspired by passionate entrepreneurs, high-impact products, and urgent execution at scale. Prior to joining GV, I helped scale Uber from 80 employees to 7000+, and from 14 cities in 4 countries to 400+ in 68 countries in 4 years. I led product and engineering teams responsible for building tools to onboard and manage our supply of drivers efficiently, as well as tools to support employee growth and productivity worldwide. Previously, I built large-scale social products at Yahoo!, Photobucket, and Smugmug.
