She's led editorial teams at Conde Nast, Netflix, Gay Times, Hello Mr., and Out magazine and has worked on campaigns or initiatives for Grindr, Google, Apple, Meta, Nike, HBO, Calvin Klein, Microsoft, Harry’s, Our Place, iHeart, and ViiV Healthcare. Fran is also the creator of Doll Invasion and a lead organizer behind the largest trans protest in history, Brooklyn Liberation. Her work won her the Stonewall Vision Award, Brooklyn's 30 Under 30, and MTV's inaugural Logo Legends honor.
