With experience in both, large tech companies and startups, I bring a unique perspective and a proven ability to build and lead high-performing, structured sales organizations and teams in the B2B field across different countries. Since 2019, I have been focused on Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), commonly known as Blockchain/Web3. I’ve worked with leading Web3 companies such as Ledger and Scorechain, and I proudly contribute as a mentor to the Frankfurt School of Blockchain’s Web3 education programs. With extensive experience in general management and sales management, particularly in scaling businesses, I successfully ran a data center business to break-even and led it to a successful exit, as well as guided several due diligence processes for acquisitions in both the Data Center and Web3/Blockchain sectors. Living and working in multiple countries has given me a deep understanding of international environments and leadership. I speak English and Spanish fluently, in addition to my native German, and I’m passionate about building strong partnerships, driving growth, and aligning business strategies with long-term goals.
