Built by analysts for analysts, Axon is about helping elite teams make better decisions, faster. With over 20 years in the Data and Analytics space, I’ve seen the tech landscape shift dramatically. But one thing hasn’t changed: successful data initiatives rely on clarity, practical execution, and an obsession with end users. That belief led me to found Flock Consulting in 2018, a consultancy focused on doing data properly. No fluff, just a commitment to treating clients as partners, delivering value, and always building with the outcome in mind. I’ve always been hands-on with both product and people.
