Craftsman of getting public funds for Startups, R&D+i projects and innovative business models

I firmly believe that INNOVATION is the only sustainable competitive advantage over time and that companies that do not care about innovation eventually disappear. I consider myself a driver of innovation and help to SMEs , startups and entrepreneurs in the ICT sector that have an innovative technology project. I help them to launch or to boost their innovation initiatives to increase their profitability, competitiveness and sustainability. To do that, I diagnosticate theirs needs and I establish a roadmap to improvement opportunities . This plan is aimed in four directions: - Design of new R + D + i projects and its associated business model , whereby the project is monetized. - Funding of these projects I + D + i or its associated business model , either at regional , national or international level ( H2020 ) - Implementation of the R + D and measuring the results of its business model , especially in terms of income / benefits. - Improving the performance of revenue / profits of the business model of the R + D + i project. For diagnosis and drive innovation of ICT companies I collaborate with the European Commission in helping companies in performing diagnostics on innovation management using the European standard IMP3rove. I am certified in IMP3rove allowing me to diagnose what state is the organization in the management of innovation and to identify opportunities for improvement that allows them to be more profitable, competitive and sustainable. As a result of the diagnosis, I have been able to help companies of all sizes from ibex companies to startups, to obtain public funding for the development of their R + D + i through direct financing ( obtaining grants and / or loans advantageous ) or indirect funding ( tax deductions ) .
