One of the biggest issues companies face nowadays is balancing the short and the long term. Only when that balance is achieved does business performance become better and does the company become more attractive to its stakeholders. This is my main objective and that of a 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: creating and implementing tools for companies that look after achieving the corporate vision and purpose, having an adequate internal culture, respecting the interests of all stakeholders, evaluating risks and identifying opportunities, and assigning resources in the correct manner among other goals that will make said company more successful, healthier and more sustainable with time. Thanks to my extensive experience with different responsibilities in various sectors and types of companies, I understand which are the key factors for each responsibility and in what order and what way they need to be used for them to work. Through open and participatory methodologies and with great empathy and care I create the necessary discussions and debates needed to define which are the adequate governing bodies in each situation.
