I have always been passionate about physics, and the magnificence of natural science. I was always amazed by the opportunity to study the Universe by formulating and validating hypotheses using various mathematical tools, statistics, and experimental data. After graduation, while working in different technical positions, I understood that to build a successful software product, one should not only have engineering knowledge and skills. The successful product manager also must be able to learn the needs of the customer and understand the tasks and jobs he is hiring your product for. I saw that science and product creation has a lot in common. They both rely heavily on data to come to an understanding. While physics strives to understand the laws of the universe, product creation strives to understand the market and customer. Now I love to study the market, and customer needs and deliver valuable products to the customers. My key values: - Build a product that brings value to customers; - Be open-minded to new approaches, technologies, and ideas; - Keep processes transparent to everyone involved; - Back up decision-making with data, analysis, and customer study; - Build trust with the team and stakeholders. In my day-to-day job, I use various instruments (Amplitude, Jira, Growth book, etc.) to gather and process data on both product and team performance. I analyze this data carefully and drive my decisions to increase performance.
