Head of EMEA - Figment. Having worked in finance for 8+ years, most recently as the European Head of Flow Trading for Securities Lending at Morgan Stanley and previously as part of FX Prime Brokerage, I wanted to implement the skills learned at a large multinational corporation to accelerate growth within startups. Helping to build successful companies by identifying areas of growth, focusing on key issues for development, and building new relationships as well as strengthening existing ones. As a UK qualified lawyer, I specialise in contract law, digital assets, funds and financial services, collateral agreements and corporate law. Advise a number of companies in the digital asset / blockchain and cryptocurrency mining space, assisting with strategic partnerships from inception to contract negotiation, market positioning, GTM and growth strategy and investor relations.
