I'm an experienced recruiter that knows how to find great people and open them to opportunities. I approach interviews differently by understanding their career plans, motivations, and character. I have experienced the end to end recruitment from sourcing, data analysis, account management, service delivery, reporting to higher management and of course stakeholder management. Helping the company to grow is one of my favorite part of the job but the most rewarding is when I connect a candidate to an opportunity that can change their lives. I've honed my skills through my experience from a private local to a multinational company. If I'm not at work and have my time on my hands, I make sure I have enough time with my family especially to my son, connect with my friends, play basketball, ride my scooter or bike and eat out.
