In recent years I have helped clients purchase properties for as low as $8,000 and $15,000. I have also helped clients buy homes for less than half of the previous sales price when they sold for close to $1 million! I am also successful in helping clients sell their home after their previous attempts to sell with other Realtors. My sellers receive an average of 94% of their list price and my buyer clients save 10-30% off the list price of a home.
