Great companies don’t just run on strategy and technology alone — companies are people who do the work and make decisions. Companies ultimately succeed based of how they recruit, train, and invest in their people. I’m a senior people and talent leader with a strategy consulting background, currently leading the Consultant and Manager Program at Bain & Company in the Americas. My work focuses on shaping the end-to-end employee experience for our Consultants and Managers to ensure we have the talent and future leaders to help our clients solve their toughest business problems. Throughout my career, I've my work has focused on how to implement sustaining change at organizations as they scale and face new challenges. I’ve worked both on global talent system design and on-the-ground execution, helping translate firmwide people strategy into local outcomes across a large, matrixed organization. This includes contributing to the design and rollout of Bain’s professional development and review systems, and partnering closely with Program Managers, HR leaders, and senior stakeholders to improve employee experience. I’m particularly interested in talent strategy, promotion and performance systems, compensation alignment, and building scalable people infrastructure that supports growth. Long term, I’m motivated by roles that sit at the intersection of people strategy and execution, and that allow me to shape how organizations invest in and develop their talent to achieve their missions. On the personal front: I've got two kids, bike to work, do yoga despite being incredibly inflexible, and try to read as many books as my wife each year.
