I work on how capital market instruments are structured, governed, and operated when they become digital. I trained as an international lawyer and worked in mergers and acquisitions, advising on complex cross border transactions. That background shaped my approach to digital assets. I do not view tokenization as a product layer or a distribution shortcut, but as a structural change to how financial instruments are issued, serviced, and transferred. My work focuses on the instrument itself. Ownership rights, transfer restrictions, investor eligibility, corporate actions, and enforcement must be designed as part of the asset, not managed through fragmented legal and operational workflows. When those elements are embedded correctly, private market instruments become operationally investable at scale. Over the last years, I have worked with asset managers, founders, and regulated stakeholders on the design and deployment of digital equity, debt, private credit, funds, and asset backed structures. My emphasis is consistently on legal certainty, operational controls, and institutional readiness across jurisdictions. Alongside execution, I am an active speaker and writer on capital markets, digital securities, and private market infrastructure. I speak at international conferences and closed professional forums, and I publish opinion pieces and long form analysis aimed at decision makers. My writing focuses on first principles, market structure, and correcting misconceptions that slow real adoption. Education is part of how I operate.
