Hi, I’m Dylan 👋🏼 I’m driven by a passion for helping others, and I’ve found my calling in mission-focused partnerships where I can build meaningful things and make a real impact every day. At Decoded, I helped people navigate change by equipping them with the digital skills needed to thrive in today’s fast-paced world. I worked with companies that saw their people as their greatest asset and wanted to invest in them. At Rize, I work with small, mission-driven colleges to make education more accessible, sustainable, and career-focused. I help schools launch programs in high-growth fields like AI, cybersecurity, business, and healthcare so students can access the opportunities they deserve. I’ve always been drawn to early-stage work. I enjoy building things from 0 to 1 whether it’s a new program, a new team, or a new approach. I find energy in the creative, scrappy process of figuring things out and making them real. Outside of work, I spend time: 📚 Reading to better understand the world 🌍 Traveling to learn from different cultures 🕊 Volunteering to support the communities around me I care deeply about people and purpose.
