I began my career in recruiting with AP Staffing in Boston where I helped build out their accounting & finance practice doing full cycle recruitment across almost every industry. In addition, I also supported their Bioscience & Healthcare portfolios staffing for regulatory, quality, and scientific professionals. After almost 3 years with AP, I decided to move on and join Pegasystems in hopes of joining a larger, growing organization that would allow me to continue my career in recruiting. After over 3 years at Pegasystems, I now support G&A hiring at Mongodb for all of North America & EMEA which encompasses finance, HR, legal, marketing, and data analytics.
