I help build great teams. The majority of my professional career has been in Recruiting, but starting a few years ago, I moved into an HR Business Partner position at Alector, but still consider myself mostly a recruiter by profession. My recruiting experience has been in biotech and technical recruiting building teams during periods of growth or transition, including startups and public companies. I still love this job and will likely continue staying connected to recruiting. These companies have ranged from early research and development to companies with commercial products / services. I have learned to recruit successfully in very different company cultures, sciences and technologies. In addition to scientific and technology teams, I have been asked to recruit for Finance, Marketing and Sales teams.
