I am a growth-focused executive with a track record of building and scaling high-growth global organizations in the mobile and advertising technology sectors. My career began on the technical side with five years as a software developer, and even took a turn through law, giving me a unique foundation to bridge the gap between product, technology, and commercial strategy. My passion lies in solving complex commercial challenges, creating lasting value for customers, and building winning, high-performing cultures. This passion was put to the test when I became the first person on the ground for ironSource's Aura division in the U.S. I built the US business from scratch - handling everything from lead generation and creating sales decks to closing foundational deals and scaling the team. Seeing this journey through from its earliest days to contributing to ironSource's successful IPO was a defining experience that solidified my belief in the power of entrepreneurial drive. As a leader, I am strategic, authentic, and dedicated to inspiring teams to execute on a shared vision.
