Donna Gambaccini is a bioethicist and legal counselor in the life sciences. As Corporate Counsel at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Donna focuses on ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations impacting clinical trials and drug development worldwide. Prior to joining Regeneron, Donna practiced as a corporate attorney at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, focusing her practice on life sciences matters, including M&A transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. While in law school, Donna worked at the U.S. Food & Drug Administration and the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit at the New York Attorney General’s Office, where she gained perspective into regulatory enforcement in the pharmaceutical and healthcare space.
