My name is written Doğu (pronounced Doh-oo). I’ve spent over 25 years building software, products, and teams across organizations of very different scales from large, established companies to fast-paced startups I co-founded. My work sits at the intersection of technology, product, and strategy. Over the years, I’ve worked across the full software development lifecycle, from high-profile games to immersive technologies, AI-driven systems, and large-scale platforms. I’m particularly interested in platform thinking, AI, and systems that help teams move faster with clarity. I’ve learned that the hardest problems are rarely just technical, they’re about alignment, focus, and turning complexity into something teams can actually act on. I enjoy working hands-on, building with others, and combining creativity with technology to create things that matter in the real world.
