By identifying and integrating a top-tier Belgian payment method into the Uber app, we witnessed a remarkable 40% revenue uptick within a single year, all while mitigating cannibalization risks. Furthermore, my tenure at Uber Eats afforded me the opportunity to cultivate and manage partnerships across diverse sectors such as restaurants, payments, gaming, and retail.
