Dennis has over 5 years worked as head of HRIS Team for a large-scale of global company. He is responsible for end-end lifecycle process of HR digitization from system landscape and strategy define, business analysis/process optimization,, system solution selection, system implementation, enhancement, system integration, HR new technology adoption etc. He has rich experience about HR digitization across all the HR modules either implement large business suite like Workday, Successfactors or build tailor-made HR product for their own. Before changing career to in-house HRIS role, Dennis has more than over 10 years of information technology consulting experience in cloud-based (Workday) and on-premise (PeopleSoft) enterprise applications, focused on project management, application development and integration. Dennis have good understanding about the digital solution in HR areas either by leverage existing business application in the market or build new customized system from scratch. Experience in leading large, diverse and geographically dispersed ERP system implementation upgrade, maintenance support projects for clients from various industries, such as auto, consumer business, insurance, healthcare, consulting in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. Subject matter of expert as technical advisor in integration, reporting, conversion and workflows in Global HCM implementation projects. Rich experience to support proposals for global member firms. Dennis is familiar with HR business operations and focusing on how to raise HR work efficiency and improve end user experience with DIGITAL as enabler. Last but not at least, Dennis has excellent communication and project management skills with large scale of global implementation project and had worked onsite in US for couple of times.
