As a former digital consultancy CEO for 17 years, David combines the best practices of agency and management consulting to fulfill multifaceted executive roles in marketing, sales, customer experience, strategy, product innovation, and transformation. Before EY, David held the positions of CCO and CMO at a CVC Capital company. David was pivotal in developing commercial strategies, customer experience transformation, and product innovation. His responsibilities included consulting, market positioning, demand generation, global brand, culture building, products, and solutions. David's impact at PwC was transformational. As the Digital Strategy & Innovation Leader, he spearheaded demand generation, customer experience, strategy, and marketing of the firm's digital products and services. His role as PwC's first Global Chief Experience Officer led to establishing the Experience Centers, which grew to become the third-largest global digital consultancy, according to AdAge. David led multiple digital service acquisitions with 42 locations and over 4,000 strategists, creatives, and technologists and was at the forefront of innovation, helping clients envision, build, and grow their businesses. David's leadership also led to successfully commercializing various business units, such as PwC Digital(comprising 16,000 employees) and PwC Products(generating $250M in revenue within 18 months). He also created and led BXT™, PwC's global approach to business transformation, combining expertise in experience design, emerging technology, and business strategy. David was named the analyst's choice for "best leader in digital for the new world" and earned a spot on Adweek's Top Cutting-Edge CEO list. Furthermore, David founded BGT in 1997, a prominent independent U.S. digital agency acquired by PwC in 2013. BGT played a pivotal role in establishing PwC's global digital business unit. He has served on boards, invested in startups, holds patents, and has previously served as Chairman of YPO. David shares his experiences through keynotes and articles, including Wharton, Kellogg, Forbes, WSJ, NYT, Bloomberg, and AdAge.
