Diane is a talent leader with over a decade of experience building high-impact teams at top-tier venture capital firms and category-defining technology companies. She began her career at Sequoia Capital and went on to hold senior talent roles at Sequoia-backed startups including Loom (acquired by Atlassian for ~$1B) and Confluent (IPO followed by an $11B acquisition by IBM). Following her operator experience, Diane spent a couple years focused on growing her family while consulting with early-stage startups and venture firms to build GTM and leadership teams, partnering with companies such as Day One Ventures, BRM, DubClub, Ambience Healthcare, and Pallet. Most recently, Diane joined Intercom as a Senior Recruiter, where she is excited to return in-house at an AI-first company helping define the future of customer communication. Diane brings deep experience across industries, company stages, and geographies, with a strong track record in executive search and organizational scaling. She has led and developed teams of up to 12 and is known for building thoughtful, durable talent strategies that support long-term growth. She holds a B.A. in Liberal Studies from San Diego State University and lives in Southern California with her husband, two sons, and dog.
