As the General Manager of Innovation and Ventures at MEKOROT®, Israel's national water company, I lead the company's investment portfolio across water tech and climate tech, with a focus on early stage technologies that address the industry, utilities, and consumers' needs. I have over 4.5 years of experience in this role, leveraging my deep understanding of the water ecosystem and the market dynamics. I am passionate, creative, tech-savvy, and analytical, with a strong ability to source and integrate water, IoT, and circularity technologies. I have a proven track record of delivering value to the company and the stakeholders, as well as supporting the growth and development of the startups we invest in. Prior to joining MEKOROT®, I founded and led two successful startups in the media and e-commerce sectors, which were acquired by leading technology companies. I have a multidisciplinary background in law, economics, business administration, and philosophy, which enables me to approach problems and opportunities from different perspectives and frameworks.
