On the recruiting side, I work with clients across different industries, helping them fill their staffing needs. I leverage my strategic experience to look at long term growth strategy, and solving hiring managers problems, rather than just filling a seat. On the talent side, I look at people's long term career arc and what is the right fit not just today, but tomorrow.
