I consistently work to improve processes for myself and colleagues. I work above and beyond my job role by taking on additional responsibilities where my expertise can benefit the team. I am pro-active about my own development, and take every opportunity to up-skill myself, and share what I’ve learned with those around me. I am never shy to jump into projects within my team and the wider organisation and have a knack for lateral and creative thinking that makes me an asset well beyond my job role. No matter what role I am currently in, I primarily see myself as a problem solver, and I will always try to find a permanent solution where a problem arises more than once.
