My professional experience could be summarised as being consistent and continuously learning. From my beginnings in the job market as a bartender in Manchester and several years as a shop assistant to my current position as a senior technician in automation and industrial robotics, all of my jobs have helped me develop in my current role. My last experience before taking on my current position was as a test technician for water purification machines at Veolia, where I developed my technical skills more than ever, interpreting electrical diagrams and PIDs, checking the wiring and signals of PLCs, and developing witnessed tests with laboratory clients from all over the world, mainly English-speaking. My current position allows me to draw on all my experience. On the one hand, I provide technical support to the commercial department with EV charging projects, resolve incidents and possible faults in remote as well as on site when its required. Uploading firmware to charging points and link them to the backend. I also link the charging points to their respective payment gateways where appropriate and train customers on how to use and interpret the platform data. On the other hand, I develop the network of partners for installation and maintenance, ensuring that everything is done at the right price, time and in the right way to accomplish company requirements.
