At Adevinta (formerly Schibsted Marketplaces), wired employee feedback throughout the organisation, empowering the leadership to make people-driven decisions, and found opportunities to create more connection and trust across geographically dispersed business units. Introduced industry best-practices into the People and Communications function in order to drive cultural transformation for the entire organisation.
