As a Health Advocate and Embodiment Guide with 17+ years of experience, Crystal supports strength and resilience-building in clients of all ages through health education and psychoeducation, and facilitation of a variety of experiential modalities including: yoga, mindfulness, trauma-informed cultural somatics, restorative yoga, group classes, workshops, destination retreats, trainings, counseling, and professional development. Currently a Mental Health Counseling graduate student and clinical intern, Crystal continues to expand her client-centered therapeutic resources with a focus on somatic, mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, and multicultural one-to-one, couples, family, and group coaching and counseling contexts.
