Caesar is currently a member of the IEEE Blockchain Committee. He was educated at Stanford and has previously worked for companies such as Google and IBM. During the years 2017-2020, Caesar assisted projects such as NEAR, Polkadot, and Chainlink in raising millions of dollars from investors in China and other Asian countries, such as Vietnam and Korea. Caesar is passionate about teaching and is constantly learning about new technologies. He has a large network in the Asian region and has made many connections in the area. In 2021, Caesar worked as the Asian Regional Manager for ADA.PRO, which was invested in by Roger.Ver. In 2019, he worked for Solana and helped the company secure investment from Chinese investors. He also worked for Chainlink in 2020 and helped build the Asian community for the project. Since 2018, Caesar has been a Polkadot Ambassador and has supported the local community for the project. Caesar has a strong technical background. In 2018, he co-founded the Bitconch blockchain and developed a new consensus algorithm called Proof of Reputation in Asia. He joined the IEEE Blockchain standard committee in 2019 and has worked on various blockchain standards. He is currently serving as a Technical Advisor for Tor Kenz. In 2016, Caesar joined Ethereum and became one of the core contributors to the Ethereum Geth client.
