I’m Claudia Ramos — co-founder of StretchLab First Coast, author of the Christian memoir Unworthy, and a certified Scrum Master with over 15 years of experience in corporate as an executive admin and agile leader. My journey is one of resilience and reinvention — from supporting Fortune 500 executives, to publishing a deeply personal story of healing, to now founding and operating a growing wellness business focused on movement, restoration, and transformation. At StretchLab First Coast, we help people live fuller, more mobile lives through personalized 1-on-1 assisted stretching. Our studios are rooted in compassion, community, and care — and reflect my heart for service and advocacy. We partner with local wellness providers, provide corporate wellness programs, and create welcoming spaces where everybody and every body can improve. Unworthy opened doors for conversations on faith, trauma, identity, and renewal. I now partner with women’s groups, churches, and B2B organizations to share my story and help others reclaim their worth. The book has been a tool of encouragement and spiritual affirmation — and a reminder that even our brokenness can be beautiful. Whether I’m leading a studio team, coaching a Scrum ceremony, or standing before a room of women who’ve known pain — I lead with empathy, enable with structure, and serve with conviction.
