I am an experienced People Operations professional having over ten years of experience and working in emerging startups the last six years. Most recently, I was an HR team-of-one, gaining experience in all things people. I have honed my operational skill set in data analysis, project management, and internal communications. I optimize for operational excellence and am maniacal in my attention to detail. I have become a master at building, launching and maintaining people programs such as onboarding, performance reviews, engagement surveys, and talent reviews.
