My background bridges both strategy and operating roles. I have helped build several companies in my career, including two that went public and have founded and sold three companies. I have experience standing up, operationalizing and running sales, information technology, operations and finance in organizations from 10s to 1,000s of staff and have held senior roles in global banks, venture and private equity backed companies. I have established and grown large workforces in Asia, Eastern Europe and Central America. I have extensive experience in the financial services industry with a focus on commercial banking and capital markets, including significant work in regulatory compliance. I have helped banks and asset managers improve their capabilities across all aspects of the front, middle and back office including risk, compliance, finance and operations. I continue to keep current on technology and software engineering principals, including agile approaches, while working on projects that leverage artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotic process automation, data analytics, low-code platforms and the use of the public cloud.
