In business (and life) I push to stretch the status quo until it meets the needs of the customer or needs of my team. I celebrate the moments when the team can take a deep breath and realize that they have won a battle. It’s important to enjoy a victory. Reset, regroup and go at it again. That is me and that is my life! A little extra for the devoted reader: Above everything, helping people is the most rewarding thing I've done, so I keep on helping. I love to learn about the things other people do and how they see the world. To adapt the proverb, "When there is no vision, the people perish".......a good way promote personal growth and build value & meaning to one's world is to gain a vision of the world (or work) through another person's eyes. By mixing and helping as much as possible, my contribution is enhanced & my takeaway is enormous. In industry and business this might be interpreted as a new take on 'Sharing best practices'. Seeing another person's perspective shows repect to their experience & creates huge motivation to grow. The potential for exposure to so much diverse vision, imagination and experience and how it impacts what is possible just over the horizon gets me excited for each new day. I look forward to sharing some time together.
