Since 1990 I have helped politicians, trade associations, think tanks, nonprofits and corporations innovate - and raise their profile - to allow better access and quality for consumers, and build a better world. Currently I’m lobbying for the world’s oldest health freedom org, to restore Informed Consent, Healer Freedom & end special interest capture of the bureaucracies. At the same time I’m connecting an innovative healthplan with families, entrepreneurs & associations seeking empowerment of patients and healers. Weekly I host the Freedom Hub webinar with natl Thought and Entrepreneurial leaders disrupting markets to broaden our Right to Pursue Happiness. Prior to 2020 I connected projects and advocates to an organization honorarily chaired by a former governor and presidential candidate, to reduce barriers to entry and roll back over-criminalization. I continue to offer lessons in Kundalini Yoga, which offers countless varieties of workouts and meditations - making it easy to personalize to ones specific maladies or goals. If I were to return to teaching social studies, I would hope I could construct a class using literature to teach liberty - a la Professor Cantor’s classic, “Literature and the Economics of Liberty”. It can bring new light when reading Cather, Conrad, Dreiser, Mann or Sinclair Lewis. (Mencken felt the same way).
