Previously, founded Artsy in my college dorm room with a mission to democratize access to art. Artsy is now the world's largest online art platform and profitable with over $10B+ in inventory, hundreds of millions USD in sales, and 250+ employees. In 2019 I hired Mike Steib, who had just sold The Knot for ~$1B, as Artsy's new CEO and became Executive Chair of the board. Beyond the business numbers, we're equally proud of the culture we supported, and the many new startups, founding teams, (and even babies!) that have birthed out of the Artsy community 💜
