Bryan Pham is the Head of Institutional Sales at Percent. He utilizes his vast network of family offices, RIAs, alternative asset managers, UHNWI's, C-Level Executives, entrepreneurs and COI’s to build meaningful lasting relationships, raise capital, source deal flow, create partnerships and add value in various capacities. Bryan is a first-generation immigrant with a passion for helping others achieve multi-generational wealth and financial literacy in underserved communities. He sits on the Board for the LeBow College of Business' BRIDGE program, which supports underrepresented populations in business as they develop into the leaders of the future. Bryan has 13+ years of experience in financial services, specializing in alternative investments and wealth management. Most recently, he was Vice President at a SFO and private equity firms focusing on lower middle market businesses and payment processing. Prior to that, Bryan was an Investment Associate at an alternative investments platform where he gained a wealth of knowledge in alternative investments and the RIA channel. Bryan started his career as a Wealth Management Associate at JP Morgan Securities in Philadelphia and an Analyst at JP Morgan. He currently holds a FINRA Series 7 license. Bryan attended the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and Marketing.
