As the former Senior Manager of IT Operations Engineering at Stash, I led a team of seven IT professionals who provided end-to-end IT support and solutions for a hyper-growth fintech startup that has over 5 million users and $1 billion in assets under management. I have over 15 years of IT experience and hold certifications from Apple, Okta and Jamf, as well as skills in Google Workspace administration, technical support, and IT operations. I joined Stash as the first IT hire in 2018 and built the IT department from scratch, developing and implementing IT policies, processes, and documentation, procuring and configuring IT hardware and software, and orchestrating a company-wide move and network installation. I also mentor and coach my direct reports, helping them grow their careers and skills in IT.
