Independent Board of Directors Member

Experienced Board of Directors member whose Board roles have encompassed Asset / Wealth Management / Brokerage (Acadian Asset Management Inc. "NYSE: AAMI", E*TRADE "NASDAQ: ETFC" and the Thrivent Family of Mutual Funds/ETFs) and Banking (E*TRADE Bank, UBS Bank USA). Industry roles today encompass serving on the Investment Company Institute ("ICI") Board of Governors and the ICI's Independent Directors Council. My Board leadership roles have included serving as Lead Independent Director, Chair of the Audit Committee (and SEC qualifying "Financial Expert" and "Risk Expert"), and Chair of the Compensation Committee. I have also served as a Member of the Risk Committee and the Nominating / Governance Committee. Before becoming a Board Member, my career experiences included being Member of the Fidelity Investments Executive Committee and CFO-Financial Services, and Member of the UBS AG Global Group Managing Board and CFO U.S. Wealth Management / Deputy CFO Global Wealth Management & Banking.
