VP of Product, Enterpret

Hi, I'm Birkan. I have over a decade of product management experience in the Enterprise SaaS industry. I joined Notion 2.5 years ago as Head of Product, where I've been leading our upmarket push and enterprise readiness. My mission is to ensure that Notion can scale seamlessly from individual users to the largest organizations in the world. I focus on infrastructure scalability and performance, enterprise-grade security and compliance features, and our Platform capabilities—including the Notion Public API, third-party integrations, and importers. I lead product teams comprising over 90 engineers, 3 product managers, 1 developer relations specialist, and 1 technical writer. Working closely with the go-to-market leadership, I've guided our team to increase enterprise revenue 6x—from the lower two-digit millions to over three-digit millions in the past 2.5 years. Prior to Notion, I spent a year at Stripe working on Stripe dashboard. Before that, I spent 10 years at Google, primarily in Google Workspace, where I led third-party product integrations with major Enterprise SaaS applications like Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, Asana, and others. I then joined the Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides team, where I led the collaboration experiences team for about 5 years. I continue applying these valuable lessons from my Google experience at Notion.
