Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at OMD USA, I am responsible for spearheading the recruitment of top-tier talent and implementing unique talent strategies and best practices. My tenure in this role has been marked by a consistent track record of leading a high-performing TA team, collaborating closely with executive leadership and stakeholders, and consistently delivering results. Before my role at OMD USA, I held positions as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Essence, a GroupM agency, and as a Director of Talent Acquisition at UM Worldwide, an IPG Mediabrands company. My educational background includes a BA from SUNY Oswego, complemented by hands-on experience as a band manager for The Fall Risk and college baseball coach.
